Subway Restaurants - San Antonio

I noticed there were four staff members behind the counter, which is a good thing, but unfortunately, it led to a slowdown in service. I had a $10 e-gift card, but the two girls didn’t know how to process it as a form of payment. Eventually, the manager had to step in. My total was $12.76, and when I scanned my e-gift card, he informed me that he couldn’t apply it because my total exceeded the balance on the card. I was genuinely surprised that a restaurant couldn't apply a gift card towards my total.

I visited the restaurant today and witnessed a loud confrontation where a woman was shouting at four hardworking gentlemen because they wouldn't issue her a refund. They explained that the refund would be processed back to her card, which she had misplaced. It was quite an unpleasant scene, particularly since it was Mother's Day. I wanted to commend the men for handling the situation with patience, despite the woman's yelling. On a brighter note, my partner and I really enjoyed our sandwiches—the new turkey option is absolutely delicious!

I recently tried the new honey mustard chicken in a tomato basil wrap, and I found it very satisfying. I highly recommend giving it a try. The ladies at the counter were welcoming and very attentive. I appreciate great service to go along with a delicious meal, and this experience definitely exceeded my expectations. Thank you, everyone! You all are fantastic!

I went tonight and these 2 young lady’s were very helpful and helped with my orders. I didn’t know this location was here as I live closer to marbach and 410 but I will be going to this location from now on as i recieved excellent service here . The food was fresh and great ??

The restaurant is very clean and attractive. The food is fresh tasting and very healthy. And the staff is typically very nice and helpful.
