Super Pollo Asados - San Antonio

I have never had a bad experience at this establishment! The only thing I can say is that it is often super crowded! But I don't know how that ever be considered a bad thing when it comes to the quality of the food.

Best street tacos I've ever had. The carne asada was char grilled perfectly, fresh onions and cilantro, grilled tortillas, and served with grilled onions and a grilled jalapeno! Excellent! Sauces were great too.i took my extra cups of sauce home to finish every drop! ...just returned on a trip to San Antonio and this place is still great. Best place I've eaten in San Antonio.

Great food and service. I keep coming back for the half chicken, but the beef fajitas quesadilla was good too. I highly recommend this place.

While on a work trip, I ended up coming here strictly by coincidence and let me tell you a thing or three: 1) I only $17 to my name, I ordered and stuffed my face into a comatose state and still had change left over 2) the vibe is vibe amongst vibes, small and homely yet huge and loud but in a good way 3) that was the best baked potato I’ve ever had on my life. The staff was absolutely superb, friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable and just wonderful. Shoutouts and kudos to Lucero who went way above beyond. Strictly for Lucero’s hospitality and friendly, the deliciousness of that baked potato, I will do a roundabout trip from Houston. It’s that damn worth it.
