Sushihana Japanese - San Antonio

The best sushi restaurant in San Antonio! It's the only place with high-quality, unique, and fresh fish! Their cooked dishes are fantastic too, including spicy edamame, scallops, and hamachi kama, among others! I'm a huge fan of fresh, raw fish, and Sushihana never disappoints. The waitstaff is knowledgeable, and the sushi chefs are incredibly skilled. Chef Scott and Chef Nelson are outstanding! They even offer omakase if you ask, so you can sample a bit of everything. If you find yourself in San Antonio and want a top-notch dinner, this is the place to visit!

First off, the restaurant itself is comfortable and visually appealing. The staff, from the hostess to the servers, were all friendly, personable, and attentive. They offer a fantastic selection of sushi rolls, along with a full menu of Japanese dishes, including yakitori, fried rice, chicken, fish, and steak. During my initial visit, I only had miso soup and sushi rolls, both of which were excellent.

This place is by far my daughters Favorite. We love it here. The Sushi is the best in town. And the other items are fantastic. I have had oysters on half shell they are fresh and salty. The scallops cooked perfect. And the service is as good as anywhere in town!

When everyone said ooohh and aaahh about where I was dining today I had no idea it was going to be this good! What an amazing lunch and seriously the best server!!! Loved the wine selection.
