It took 30 minutes for our order to be ready, even though there were 6 people in the kitchen. They seemed clueless about how to efficiently prepare the food.
There is no such thing as a perfect fast food restaurant, especially in the aftermath of COVID-19 and staffing shortages. Despite these challenges, I have always had positive experiences at this particular location. The staff is friendly and I have seen them handle difficult customers with professionalism and grace. Although your order may take a bit longer to prepare, it is important to be kind and patient with the hardworking staff. They are just like us and deserve to be treated with respect and decency. Just as we expect to be treated as patrons.

I placed an order on ubereats and when I received my order, I was missing an item from my combo and my chips for my nacho bell grande were so stale that I couldn't eat my meal at all. If I could rate with a negative number I would. I will never get anything from this store ever again.
