Contribuisci feedbackSo disappointing. If the owners don't start caring about this place and fixing things around here they will be closed down soon. The employees here do not care which means management doesn't care. The restaurant is filthy. Missing cup lids, trash cans are left with no trash bags and blocked so customers can't throw away their trash. Drink station was nasty dirty. Food was cold and made without care. On top of this they stopped carrying Nashville Hot Chicken which is the only reason I went to KFC! I won't ever be back to this location after living here 15 years and watching this place decline and go downhill it is really sad.
My first and last time going there they threw my food inside of the bag my fries just all over the over the bag if they end up forget forgetting one of my tacos then messed up on one gave me a steak when I can't eat steak when I went back to tell them about their mistake they act like they had attitude I asked for a refund it took 30 about 20 minutes to get a refund back poor customer service drive-thru customer service sucks won't go there again!
The employees there are a bunch of idiots. Rude and complete lack of communication skills. They purposefully have the phone off the hook for hours so you can't call and ask to speak with a manager.
Not sure what to say...the burnt chicken is what's bothering me more than the wrap that has 2 tiny pieces of chicken in it. On top of the 15+min wait. Def not coming back here. Sucks when you're looking forward to what we're shown on adverts.
Sadly, this location apparently does not work with the app, so I could not order my usual. Otherwise, it was great.
