Tacos Betos - San Antonio

I suspect that many of the positive reviews are from employees or friends and family. We visited for the first time, and I have to say it was disappointing. I couldn't finish my meal. There were so many flies in the restaurant that it felt like we were eating outside. This place just wasn't a good fit for us. Food rating: 2/5.

This was our first time visiting, and we found the staff to be very friendly, while the food was absolutely delicious. It definitely satisfied our cravings for a late-night snack. I apologize for forgetting to take pictures until after I'd already eaten half of my meal! Haha! Food rating: 5/5.

The food here is outstanding—truly exceptional. The chefs in the kitchen do a remarkable job, and I believe they deserve a tip jar to acknowledge their hard work, rather than the front-of-house staff. Unfortunately, the women at the front seem distant and unapproachable; they often appear frustrated when asked for something as simple as a lemon. Having spent my entire life in the restaurant industry, I can say that their lack of warmth and friendliness detracts from the overall experience. As a restaurant owner myself, I see great potential in this place, but it could benefit from some improvements in customer service—assuming the talented chefs remain.

Tacos we’re so small. Restaurant to small and restroom so small my knees were on the wall. The same amount of money spent you can go to a regular restaurant bigger size building and more food.Kid-friendliness: Ok. Place needs more room

First time here for the trompo tacos, ordered the 5 tacos plate, 3 trompo and 2 beef tacos... the trompo meat in tacos were burnt black and toasted she said she couldn't serve raw meat?‍? lady came back with 3 beef... and ordered a diet coke they don't carry diet. Not coming again. Tacos were Beyond greasy.Food: 1/5
