Call and place your order. Pick them up and eat. Simple. The place is an unassuming warehouse but there is a sign so you know to enter the gate. This is not a sit down eat in. Your order does not come with chile or salsa, simply your tamale order. I ordered a dozen raja and queso tamales. They were delicious medium to large size. The flavor alone didn't make me feel like I needed salsa to enjoy them. The texture and filling to corn ratio was well balanced. I will defintatly be back. They have a small menu of savory, corn husk wrapped, banana leaf wrapped, or sweet tamale options. Call ahead! It takes about an hour and a half for your order to be ready. I highly recommend them! They have a perfect blend of spices and meat ratio to dough ratio wrapped in a nice little bundle! My grandmother and mother couldn't have done a better job!
