I hope your company appreciates your hard work. Kendall, you were great. Note to Wendy's: You have a new manager in the window that does not follow your pricing policies. Simply round everything and not exactly sure how many customers he is overloaded. Also because of a big diet, but gave me a medium. Not important things, but maybe better train for him?
Worst food and service ever, they never have many customers, so their trouble and lack of service, is definitely not because they overwhelmed with business. I ordered a chicken sandwich menu, took so long to get it and it was cold dry and the whole sandwich had a dry, very dry piece grilled chicken and a slice of soggy tomatoes. No salad, no pickles, no spices. When I showed the sandwich to the cashier and asked where my salad is, she said that she didn't have salad in a week and that nobody had ever complained. Imagine they have no ingredient that people expect, but the customer will not be notified at the time of the order. I asked to talk to manager, and she said she'd call him, so he never came out to talk to me. I waited 30 minutes when I wrapped up the sandwich and brought it to checkout. Manager was behind the counter and only God knows what was said by him... I didn't understand a word he said it seemed that he couldn't communicate well in English. That was a very bad experience, and I can only say a word to people who read it...
Pick a different Wendy's. The four always has what signs because there's fluids leaking from the soda machine, just inside the door I walked over a smushed cockroach today, and there was only three people staffing and it was taking them forever so they were already way behind on a couple orders. There's just better places you can choose.
Staff was friendly and efficient. Food ready quickly. I asked what the difference was on several burgers and they were described without hesitation. I requested an addition of lettuce and tomato to my burger no problem
Holy cow! How difficult is it to follow rules? I've not eaten at Wendy's in years and it will be a long time before I return, again. Had a coupon for buy one Baconator get a second for $1 more. I thought it a good excuse to swing by Wendy's and try them after all this time. Made the order and had just paid for it when I noticed the guy preparing the sandwiches was not wearing gloves required by code. He was wiping his head and going right back to slapping food together. I pointed this out to the woman in the window telling her to cancel my order and give me my money back. She started fiddling around at the register and finally returned both my card as well as a credit slip. I pulled around the corner just to make sure the credit was correct to find that I got less back than I had been charged! I parked and went in and said you guys owe me money which was then given me in cash. Can't properly and safely prepare food then try and cheat me when giving me back my money. Pretty crummy.
