Whataburger - San Antonio

Many people appear to be dissatisfied with their jobs, but the young man at the register stood out with his friendly demeanor and excellent customer service. It was truly refreshing to encounter such positive attitudes. The young lady with pink hair was also very welcoming. My burger arrived quickly, hot, and absolutely delicious. The restaurant itself was spotless, and the lighting in the dining area was quite appealing.

As soon as I walked in, I felt a warm welcome. Peggy and Jas were fantastic, providing excellent customer service that made me smile. When I had an issue with my burger, Peggy addressed it immediately. She has the qualities of a manager and deserves a promotion. I will definitely be coming back here more frequently. I highly recommend this Whataburger for a great dining experience!

I visited the location on Cypress, close to San Pedro on September 2, 2022. I was very impressed with the dining area. It was impeccably clean. The employees are knowledgeable and professional. An employee, (Adriana) has a very positive attitude. She'san asset to your organization.

It's been so hot out there. I can get .50 large cup of cold water with ice any time. Today I came in and purchased a biscuit with no cheese and large coffee. Andres took my order. He was great and attentive.

I used an app to buy food for a homeless girl and provided all my information for the order. She called the restaurant to let them know she would pick it up, but they insisted that the cardholder must collect it in person. I was on my way to work at the time, and it was cold outside; she hadn't eaten anything, so I wanted to help. The woman was very grateful but also quite embarrassed by the situation. Unfortunately, the restaurant made her feel unwelcome and uncared for, which is unacceptable. I ended up having to call back to ensure she received her food. I'm really disappointed in how the restaurant handled this situation.
