Contribuisci feedbackStopped by on my lunch and Gracie was at the window. She was soo sweet and seemed to really love her job. Honestly you don?t get that vibe at fast food restaurants these days and it was much appreciated!
We ordered and our order came out wrong after 10 minutes of waiting. I was very upset and came inside and the manager was outstanding. Very calm, great customer service, and great professionalism. He corrected all the problem and even offered otherthings to make up for the mistake, which I unfortunately could not take-Diet. Thanks you very much Waterburger and complimentsto you and your staff.
The interaction between employees spilt over and included the customers. As soon as I entered I was met with 3 separate 'hello and welcomes '. I came in for a quick bite and planned on playing a game on my phone while I ate. Instead I decided to peoplewatch while I dined in. The employees were talking and laughing with customers, I assumed the patrons were 'regulars ' and haddeveloped a repertoire with the staff. It turns out the staff is just that friendly with everyone! Maryhelen was in a light bluebutton down and was absolutely leading by example! She was starting conversation with the customers and paving the way for aneasier interaction for her fellow coworkers and the customers. I have never witnessed such a warm and inviting time at awhataburger much less a fast food joint. This was an awesome experience! Of course the food was good, and it was a very cleanrestaurant that got wiped down very quickly after patrons left.
The service is a 8 out 10 but the food quality has gone down the drain. If I could post a picture of the strawberry shake, it would make you puke.
