Whataburger - San Antonio

I had my first experience dining here, and I was impressed! The staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean, and the food was delicious.

The food was enjoyable and presented well. However, I was disappointed that the manager on duty personally brought my meal to the table, yet he failed to provide any sauces, unlike the other staff members who served me during this visit. When I requested a specialty sauce (the orange creamy sauce), he informed me that he could only offer ketchup. Additionally, I didn’t receive any napkins. Overall, my experience here has declined compared to previous visits.

This is a fantastic location for WB. I visit frequently and have never encountered any problems. The staff is friendly, always gets my order right, and is quick to have it ready after I place my order through the app (which I always use to earn rewards points). I appreciate that the food is always fresh and delicious, no matter what time I order (I usually go for late-night). What can I say? It's amazing!

The classic single burger with a Dr. Pepper shake is great. Staff were friendly and service was fast. I recommend this location!

*Our 2 Double Doubles disappeared waaay too fast.. *Drink cups are.. thick foam CUPS, large, heavy duty Incredibly quick dine-in table service, under 4 min.! I 've *never appreciated their juicy hot- doubledouble Whataburger as much as I did at 9pmlast night! After spending the majority of my day in the ER, hubby and my sole thought was, sigh, food, ..ah! Whataburger!Whataburger! Thank You Whataburger for helping us recover from being famished last night! Their spicey catsup is theOverlord of All Catsups offered sold, here they are in the black white packages. Even our local Texan grocers sell theirhighly popular, irresistible 'spicey catsup. '
