Contribuisci feedbackI found a metal shaving on my burger! Do I need to say more? Actually, yes. I called to speak with a manager, but he didn't seem concerned and acted as if I was lying about my complaint. He offered to replace the burger, which I initially accepted. However, I quickly had second thoughts and called back to request a refund instead, as I didn’t trust their equipment to be safe at that point. The manager gave me a sarcastic laugh, put me on hold, and eventually processed the refund. I've been a loyal customer for years, and this is the first time I've encountered such an outrageous issue.
I now understand why this restaurant was voted the number one Whataburger in all of Texas. Ernesto welcomed me warmly and presented various menu options. I ordered the triple meat Whataburger with fries, and I later took home a Chili Cheese Whataburger for later in the evening. He also informed me that one of my rewards was about to expire, allowing me to use it. Excellent job and outstanding service!
Whataburger never fails to impress, and this time was no exception. The burgers were served hot and came out fairly quickly. The restaurant could use a bit of tidying up on the floor, though.
Wasn't acknowledged when I went to pick up my mobile order. I was the only person at the counter and the girl working in front of me wouldn't even make eye contact. When I asked if she saw me, she ran to the kitchen. I wouldn't be this upset but when Iwalked in, she was asking a man in the lobby if he needed anything. Needless to say, she seemed to take much pleasure taping upall the bags and drinks in front of me as I waited. No napkins or ketchup. I like Whataburger, but I don't like feeling ignoredor dismissed. Such a disappointment.
Waited about 45 min for our curbside order, employees were super slow and looked like they were confused the whole time. They originally gave me the wrong order to which I asked the driver next to me if it was there?s and I gave him his order. Had towalk inside for my curbside order after 45 min of waiting. Super disappointed and never apologized for the hold up to any of thecustomers. Multiple people in line from curbside waiting on their order. The quality of my burger was not good either. Willdefinitely not be choosing this Whataburger in the future.
