This place is trash i came in today doing a doordash order minding my own business and took a lil hit from my vape and some **** with earrings in the back started talking about please don 't do that in here bro i go to wing stops all the time and nobody ever has an issue i wasn 't even in this F s face or even near him If he was at the counter he would 've gotten a drink thrown in his face on god y 'all need to stop playing with people mind your fucking business and do your fucking job before someone fucks you up

If you are doing Carry Out Don't go when it tells it'll be ready...Add 20 mins to that time and then go pick up your order.

Placed an order over the phone and they said it 'll be ready in 30 mins. Got to the location 15 mins later and waited an hour in a half to to be told our order didn 't go through after we paid for it and they confirmed the name of our order. We even got up and asked them to check on our order and their response was yeah we are still working on it . And when questioned about why we weren 't informed sooner they said you 're not the only person this has happened too today . So not only did we leave with no food but also sat inside of the restaurant smelling the dirty mop water on the floor for the whole hour in a half. Just to leave with an answer like you can come back tomorrow and get them . And not to mention another customer complaining of waiting for a long time and getting cold fries and getting the response of sorry sir that 's all we have !!

Worst customer experience, food was delayed over 20 minutes then stated time and excuse over multiple times that it would only take five more minutes. Stay away if you expect out order on time

Seriously the worst Wingstop. It's 5 min from house making it the closest. We usually had wings once a week and stopped going because of the horrible customer service and the fact that they can never seem to get our order right. We recently went back and were quickly reminded why we stopped going. Either they pack you the entire wrong order or the wrong flavors, wrong count or forget the simple things like putting ranch into your bag. Besides getting things wrong they take forever!!!! Say 18-20 min yet it's more like 40 min. I can't remember the last time I ordered wings and enjoyed my meal. It's such a shame as we love Wingstop! If you want your order right I suggest you dine in.
