The hotel is very nice, clean and staff are polite. Only thing with rooms I would have 2 bins, one in bathroom and one in room. There’s only one in bathroom (I’m being picky but the room are kept very nice and clean. Service again great with polite staff (most the time staff at the bars just seemed a bit funny about making cocktails (one lady said ‘no more, takes too long’ . Location is very good, but I don’t like walking so that’s why it gets a 4. I’m very picky, this hotel is very good for families and adults, the staff is great. Loved it

We stayed here as a couple for one week. First impressions were fantastic and we were glad to be getting off the transfer coach at Abora Buenaventura as it’s such a pretty/large building. Our room was supersize, clean and modern. The bathroom was also modern and had a great rainfall shower and included shower gels/conditioner etc. There are two pools and both are big and nice to sit around with pool bars easily accessible. We were all inclusive and were surprised with how delicious a lot of the food was (some dishes stayed whilst others changed daily) and the quality of the all inclusive drinks were fabulous too! The location of this hotel is very handy as it’s not a far walk to get to the beach area/bars/shops etc. I would just like to praise all of the staff working within this hotel as multiple times we noticed how hard and well they work. From the cleaners to chefs and all in between. Thanks for a lovely holiday!

I found the hotel and the staff to be amazing. Anything you need and information they were always there to answer questions. I loved the shower because it was so hot and lots of water. Also food was great. At no point did I have any issues and I can be sensitive to food. I'd definitely come back. The room was very nice. Clean and the balcony was facing the setting sun. Brilliant for families and couples like us. I can't fault the place.

The rooms were nice and spacious, but the beds were really bad, they were sliding from every small movement and they seem very weak too. Food for breakfast and dinner was tasteless and sometimes felt like it’s made of cardboard. I felt sorry for all inclusive guests eating there all day long, because everything was just empty calories, not a single cooked food there was tasty. Coffee was watered down to pretty much washings of the coffee. They also had this small domestic coffee machine with capsules, but you have to pay for that coffee around 1.50€. So it was a bit sad that this enormously huge hotel doesn’t even have a decent coffee machine like all the restaurants do. However, I was surprised that the cocktails at the bar were very good and were fairly cheap. Swimming pool area was always busy and there were some events every evening, they were very loud tho. And the music was very loud too, the whole day. This hotel is probably the loudest in the entire town, because you can hear it across few streets, like some kind of music festival. So, it’s subjective neither good nor bad, depends what you prefer. But if you want some quite time in your room during daytime, you won’t have it even at the top floor and closed windows you’ll hear everything. The location was not bad though, there are few shops and restaurants like 5min walk away and in just over 10min you can reach the beach. Overall the hotel was not bad, but definitely not worth 4 stars, as a 3 star hotel it would be fairly reasonable.

We have been here over a week and we love it here. Sad to be leaving on Friday wish we could stay longer. Fabulous hotel and lively staff. Great food and very clean an tidy rooms that are cleaned daily with fresh towels. Great for the kids with great entertainment. We will definitely love to return to this fabulous hotel. Great for families with children of all ages! X
