Tre Hjaertan

First time after corona in restaurant Tre Hjärtan. This restaurant is very cosy and has a nice atmosphere. Years ago also the customer service and the quality of food has been very good. This time we were put at the very narrow table. After this we got the menu. We have checked the menu before in internet and aimed to eat the gigantic minute steak which we remembered has been very good. But the restaurant menu was different than in internet. There was no minute steak on the list at all. Disappoinment. We had to order chicken instead. After this nothing happened for half an hour. When we finally got the food it was dry and tasteless. After eating we have waited for long time again to get the dessert menu. On the dessert menu we ordered waffles with berries. Surprisingly fast the waiter has brought the dessert. Unfortunately it was not waffles but cold pancaces. We called again the waiter who said that waffles were not available. Comish. And why he did not say it before? We denied to eat these pancaces and ordered a Tiramisu dessert instead. It was not better choice: so wet that it swimmed on the plate. To crown it all the toilet had not at all any paper to dry hands after washing. It was a visit which left us only hungry and angry. Sad for the restaurant.

If i could i would give this a zero rating? Called in for tapas. Ordered a pint and 2 halfs of beer. They can and all were flat and tasteless. The area we sat outside wasn't very appealing and the whole feel of the place was shabby so we decided not to eat there and leave. I asked for the bill but the waitress insisted on us trying a tapas for free she said. In the end i gave up and said okay but bring me the bill. The tapas she brought us was some smoked salmon on toast. My wife didn't touch hers, our friend ate half of hers which she later regretted as it kept her up ill half the night. I ate mine and was okay. I asked again for the bill and the server just said 9 euro's, for 1 flat pint and 2 flat halfs? I don't think the tapas was free, anyway we felt ripped off. On the plus side we were so glad we didn't stay and had a great meal at a little tapas bar near the Greek restaurant.

I visited this restaurant three times during my holiday. The first time we had no reservation but we were offered a drink at the bar while we waited. We were seated after a few minutes. The food was excellent. The best food we had while on the holiday. The staff were friendly and so efficient. The dinners were mostly from the Northern European.

Very grateful that the owner made a gesture while cooking a beautiful vegan meal and I even had my soy coffee to finish the night. cozy and beautiful atmosphere great to see so many couples dance and enjoy. I will definitely come back and spread the word. well made alex and team. up and up!

Efter en kanontjänst till det 75-åriga partiet vi hade rekommenderar jag alla som är nära San Agustin att gå hit och äta. trevlig personal, bra service, bra whisky utbud och toppmat.
