After waiting 15 minutes in line following my food order, I was disappointed to get melted ice cream at the window! When I requested that they flip the Blizzards over, as is customary, they refused and simply gave me the melted ice cream. This level of service is unacceptable, especially for a place that is famous for its ice cream.
It's unbelievable how they advertise their Blizzard desserts as being packed with toppings, but when you actually receive one, it looks just like plain ice cream with no toppings at all. If you ask for more toppings, they charge you extra. Plus, the service is extremely slow.
The service was very slow, even though the restaurant wasn't busy. The sundaes arrived already partially melted. The portion sizes were small for the high prices. I also had to wait 24 hours after downloading the app just to get .85 cent Blizzards.
Horrible place to eat! Don't know why anyone would give this place anything other than one star! Incompetent employee charged me $6 for a blizzard instead of applying their .85 promotion and refused to refund me the difference! The staff manager was of no help and refused to do anything about it AFTER 25 minutes of pointing out her employees error. This place has to rank among the worst in customer service and professionalism, don't waste your money or time here!
I've never been turned down to use a restroom when I am purchasing something from any fast food restaurant. They wanted me to order first then use their restroom. I am a 51 year old woman who needed to use the restroom bad...but was turned down said I had to be a customer. I had ALL intentions on ordering after using the restroom which is a customer. I will NEVER go into this establishment again. YOU DO NOT TREAT CUSTOMERS THAT WAY!!!
