Dairy Queen Grill Chill

Horrible place to eat! Don't know why anyone would give this place anything other than one star! Incompetent employee charged me $6 for a blizzard instead of applying their .85 promotion and refused to refund me the difference! The staff manager was of no help and refused to do anything about it AFTER 25 minutes of pointing out her employees error. This place has to rank among the worst in customer service and professionalism, don't waste your money or time here!

I've never been turned down to use a restroom when I am purchasing something from any fast food restaurant. They wanted me to order first then use their restroom. I am a 51 year old woman who needed to use the restroom bad...but was turned down said I had to be a customer. I had ALL intentions on ordering after using the restroom which is a customer. I will NEVER go into this establishment again. YOU DO NOT TREAT CUSTOMERS THAT WAY!!!

The entire crew was nice and fun and seemed to be having a great time.

Everything was fine except the explicit songs playing in the cafe that had to have the obscenities bleeped out. Glad I didn't bring my kids. Change your music.

Everything is great ....BUT......why does the owner close so early on the weekends!!!!! Should be open until midnight!!!
