I used to love this location but lately the customer service hasn't been the best nor the food. I ordered the new taquito nacho plate and it looked nothing like the advertisement. Highly disappointed!!! It was so dry and no naked chips my a lol beans were old, barely any cheese and the taquitos weren't even wrapped properly. Look at my poor salad lol barely any chicken.

This El Pollo Loco has a lot of room for improvements. Employees always seem to be somewhere else...Like they aren't on this planet. Every time we go they are slow and you have to repeat your order numerous times. Takes forever even though your the only person in line. A few times I got the wrong order or missing items. Also on a few occasions we received raw pink undercooked chicken. So needless to say we won't be coming back to this location.
