El Pollo Loco - San Bernardino

We order some food here from time to time at work. It's quite good quality, tasty too.

Whenever I crave El Pollo Loco's renowned Fire Grilled Citrus Marinated Chicken, I take a quick drive to my nearest location to satisfy my craving. Their menu has a wide variety of delicious options. I also love pairing my meal with a refreshing cold Horchata beverage.

I didn't receive the churros, tortillas, and chips I had ordered in my takeout bag, and I only realized it when I got home. I called to let them know, but of course, there was nothing they could do. Get your act together, LoCo!

The food is great, but I have a concern. I understand the restaurant closes at 11:00, yet the doors are often locked when I arrive. This makes it challenging to pick up my orders. Occasionally, I’d like to dine in, but it's odd that I can't do so around 5 PM. Google mentions that dining in is available, but that doesn’t seem to be the case. Could you please clarify this situation?

I went at 7:00 and the chicken was fresh and delicious. They ran out of the Hi c fruit stamp, but I was still satisfied.
