Franks Burgers - San Bernardino

The onion rings were disappointing as they were too slim and not crispy enough, but the sandwich was delicious and made up for it. Will I be returning?

I was on a road trip and decided to stop at this restaurant, and I am so glad I did because the burger was amazing. I ordered their famous double cheeseburger and it was delicious. I don't know if it's actually world famous, but it definitely should be. The burger was flavorful, well-balanced, and reasonably priced. It has earned a spot in my top 5 burger list. The fries were also cooked perfectly. I would give this place an 8 out of 10, with 2 points deducted for the slow service. This is not a reflection on the owners, who continue to make great burgers like the Steinburger. I will definitely be back next time I pass through.

Eat is in order! some meal times have no taste! what kills everything is that on the morning when I came before work, the lady that she's her order always be attitude! almost everyone!

The food at the restaurant was delicious. The staff were polite and attentive to my husband and me. However, a situation arose during our meal that was concerning. An elderly Asian woman, who appeared to be homeless, entered the restaurant. Immediately, one of the workers shouted at her to leave, without considering if she had money to buy food. It was disheartening to witness the homeless being treated in such a disrespectful manner by the restaurant.
