Chipotle Mexican Grill - San Bruno

Despite the mixed reviews, the process of pre-ordering and picking up our food was a breeze. I opted for the extra protein, and I genuinely felt it was worth every penny. The smoked brisket was absolutely delicious. Kudos to the staff at this location!

This restaurant offers outstanding service and delicious meals. It's my go-to spot! The food was served quickly, and the prices were quite reasonable. I will certainly recommend this place.

The food was enjoyable and the service was satisfactory, but the rice was a bit undercooked, which is why I'm not giving it a full five stars. This restaurant is situated in the mall's food court, and it was quite difficult to find a place to sit and eat.

I found the beef to be incredibly tough and hard to chew, to the point where I often had to spit it out because of its poor quality. Furthermore, two out of the four orders had the wrong ingredients. There were also missing items, and some ingredients that I paid extra for were not included, resulting in a mix-up with our orders. It felt like the person taking our order wasn't familiar with the menu at all. I don't think I'll ever order from Chipotle again. I tried to give it a fair chance as a customer, but the subpar meat quality and frequent mistakes made for a disappointing experience.

This is a standard Chipotle located in a mall food court. While there's nothing particularly special about this location, there aren't any negative aspects to note either. The staff seem well-trained and manage orders efficiently. Its closeness to Bart's San Bruno station makes it a convenient spot.
