Five Guys - San Bruno

The customer service here is terrible and my food came contaminated!! I didn't order bacon and they added a dry piece of old bacon in my burger. It was so greasy and gross. The cashier did not change her gloves and continued to make burgers with dirty gloves. The people working here are very unhygienic. Overall this place needs to shut down i'm not paying over $10 for a dirty burger. These workers should feel ashamed for not changing their gloves and contaminating my food

Burgers were pretty good. But the fries were soggy and greasy

Although it's Five Guys I give it 4 star at most . The cheese burger was okay. The cheese was not fully melted on my burger. The fries were good. It's a decent meal

My order was slightly messed up, but the hot, delicious food, made up for it. It had been 10 years, since I have eaten at a 5 Guy's, this location will have me returning. Steven P took my order and was very friendly.

Little on the expensive side at $12-14 for a burger but the quality was good especially for a fast food retailer.
