Little Vietnamese Bistro - San Bruno

The Crab Meat Tomato Rice Noodle Soup was tasty and had a lot of protein fish cake, tofu and crab meat. I substituted the noodles with steamed rice and it was yummy!!!!

The good: The garlic noodles with chicken were decent and tasted good. The bad: The noodles for the vermicelli and the pho were not good. The quality of the noodles seem a little off. The pho noodles were too soft and broke apart so the texture wasn't correct. The vermicelli noodles were too wet.

They should offer different types of noodles if you're not eating soup right away noodles become mushy

Probably one of their best vegan dishes on the menu!

Chicken curry comes with chicken, which is very hard. Even can not bites.
