The staff was disrespectful. We ordered an article to pick up. They said they'd take it right away, but not useful. It was Mac and cheese and very easy to bring. My toddler had to wait because they brought it late with intention. I didn't think anyone was so defensive because he didn't give a tip. I guess they deserved it in the end. A tip on take-out order, particularly fast food is optional. We didn't think it would cause this kind of bad service for purposes.

The restaurant is lovely, but there can be a wait as it gets busy with a waiting list. However, the staff is very friendly and always ready to help with a smile. My wife and I enjoyed our delicious dinner and the food was fantastic. You can get unlimited fries and drink refills, which is a great perk. We really enjoyed the restaurant and the service. Kudos to Red Robin and all the employees at San Bruno.

The waitress was amazing. She had a very professional attitude and performed her duties exceptionally well. The food met my expectations and I was very pleased with the quality considering the price. I was happy to see that they were willing to cook my burger medium rare, as requested.

Red Robin is the epitome of comfort food at its finest! It has been a longstanding favorite for my family, with every birthday celebration calling for a visit to indulge in their delicious burgers and bottomless steak fries. Over the past 30 years, I have found some personal favorites such as the Whiskey River BBQ Burger, the Banzai Teriyaki Burger, and the Royal Red Robin. Their menu also offers the option to have many of their burgers as chicken sandwiches, all of which have never failed to impress. And let's not forget about their perfectly seasoned steak fries that are served piping hot on the table. The campfire sauce is a must-try and a favorite among my family. We have even attempted to recreate it at home, but it never quite measures up to the real deal at Red Robin. Overall, a fantastic dining experience every time!

My family and I enjoyed everything. My wife didn't want burgers at first, but as she ate she thought it was great. My daughter couldn't get enough of the bottomless fries and sodas. She went crazy, and loved the burger. I had the fish and chips regular, garlic and sweet potato fries. The cream soda with orange and raspberry flavorings were delicious. Our waiter took great care of us. Overall it was a great experience. We will go back.
