Mcdonalds - San Carlos

The lady working drive thru on March 14th around 10:47pm charged me for my shake but didn’t give it to me and gave attitude the whole time

Staff at this location are very friendly and inside is always kept very clean!

Convenient location and friendly staff. Be sure to order using the MacDonald's app or a kiosk as there is not necessarily someone at the counter to take your order.

AVOID. This is the WORST location of all time. Service is slowwww. Food quality is barely edible. They hardly cook their fries. consistently terrible experience. I wish it wasn’t the one a mile from my house.

Super disappointing that both McDonald's my bf and I had stopped at were closed and neither could have the forethought to set their stores as closed for thanksgiving. They're outside menu was also left on so it confused as many as 15 cars that had pulled in after me.
