Pho Vinh Vietnamese - San Carlos

Casual vietnamese, quick service, fresh condiments, tasty food. Great to pop in if in a hurry, or if you wish to linger with friends, no rush to turn tables.

Had a quick meal and was pleased. Vinh was my host and was terrific. Ordered 5 Shrimp spring rolls and the Tai Sach Noodle Soup. Very good. Prices were very reasonable. Will certainly return.

We went here for Pho and had very good results. The bowls are available in regular, large and extra large. I had plenty in the regular size. Other dishes available. Egg rolls, fried rice, seafood. We will go back. People were very nice and friendly

Food is good. The portion is small compared to the price. Parking is good. They kept the door open, then a fly came in. I will eat there again. It is a nice place for lunch. The fresh food was prepared quickly.
