Jjs tacos is a jewel of san carlos. we come every time we visit, and they always remember us to see our young love jj, and he asks for them if they are not there. byron is a big waiter very friendly. make sure they visit! they have a great brandy collection and great fun T-shirts.

Stops trying some tacos based on reviews. my wife and I tried several tacos and a plate of toritos filled with cheese. the smoked fish taco was my favorite, the others were ok. the toritas were good, very good. also two mojitos. Overall, it wasn't bad to eat, but I don't think I'd go out of mine again. between two of us, with drinks and drinking money, we spent about $25 usd, what I felt was a little expensive for the opposite. they also sell a limited selection of cigars, including some Cuban cigars, pipes, and have a tea-shirt shop. several desserts that looked good, but did not try to find a full bar.

The margaritas are great, tacos are lovely! You can't go wrong here and it's really cheap. our review is rarely above the equivalent of us $20.

We love the tacos and margaritas at JJ’s! This place is very friendly with JJ greeting you when you walk in the restaurant! The taco bar is really impressive, my favorites were the chicken and Chile rellano tacos! The margaritas are fantastic, the service is...excellent and then . . . there’s the flan!!!! Homemade flan by JJ’s daughter is “the bomb!!!” creamy delicious flan, vanilla ice and Bailey’s Irish Cream! You’ll have dreams about it!

Great restaurant. the fishtacos are the best that ever had. great service. our dog was welcome. oh yes. also delicious pina coladas!
