Contribuisci feedbackI made a mistake with my order, but that's not the main issue. I had to wait nearly 15 minutes for some tenders. The cashier sighed when I pointed out the mistake, and this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this. I really enjoy the food, but there are times when I hesitate to visit because of the cashiers. They often have a negative attitude and seem either annoyed or uninterested in being there. The only one with a positive attitude is the guy with the tattoos; he is really friendly and always makes sure you leave satisfied.
It’s a solid Carl's Jr. experience—service was quick, and the food was hot and tasty!
I had lots of problems ordering through the app. Had to place another order there and waited to pick-up my food but the lady at the counter was nice.
Horrible customer service in the drive through today at 3.28 p.m. we asked for 3 plain hamburgers girl almost yelled at us that "well you need to pick one give me a number and just make it plain she charged us 17.67 for 3 plain hamburgers with only ketchup
I visited this location on October 3, 2022, at 7 PM. While ordering a burger at the drive-thru, I paused to check the soft drink options and heard a very audible sigh from the speaker. I didn't think much of it at the time. However, when I received my order, instead of the Sprite I had requested, I ended up with a cup filled to the top with ice and barely a sip of actual soda.
