Chili's Grill - San Diego

Wanted a quick but sit-down lunch we were a little early, like 11:15 .The menu had a lot of options, but the pick 3 for 10.99 was a deal starter , drink, and main . I had the unlimited chips and salsa was was burger a orginal cheese burger which was thick and quantity beef !!and came with fries . After a generous tip .the bill for two was under 30.00 .Seriously any recent lunches I've had in SD .have come to 25.00 ish with tip for just me alone . Hubby had soup as starter and same burger . He eats like a linebacker and didn't even finish the whole burger and I took half homeGreat simple food REASONABLE PRICE

After i was seated by the host, i sat for 15-20 min without anyone coming to my table. the place was almost empty and multiple servers were just standing by the kitchen talking. they cleaned the table next to be and 3 different people walked by and looked at me, but no one stopped to take my order. i got fed up with that and called in an order. i told the hostess that i was sitting at a booth, per the directions on the digital order as no one came by to take my order or even to acknowledge my existance. manager came by afer my compliant to the hostess and i explained that no one came by to take my order. no offer of anything for my trouble, just a pitiful sorry . terrible manager, if you can even call him that. manager should be fired and staff that let me sit there on an empty night, should be fired. this chilis has no management that cares for the customers.

Food and service was excellent. Had dinner there 2x that week. We tip well for the great service. Thx staff.

I think they salt everything as if the food was going on a multi-month voyage on a Spanish Gallion. If your BP is not where it should be, you should dodge. Please tone down the sodium Chili's..,

We had an 13 group to celebrate 18 year Birthday. Service was good. Newer menus had good picks. Out of all eating there was only 4 with left overs. We all were happy with meals. My enchiladas soup caesar salad was great. I’d order it again. Glad to see price reasonable. Good night for all.
