Chili's Grill - San Diego

Ordered from the map, was super easy and on time. Would try the shrimp pasta again!

Food was a mess, should've been packaged separately. I barely ate any of it.

When you come to Chilli's ask for Logan she is an awesome waitress.

I blame myself for not being able to post a 5 star review. I failed to request my burger medium or medium rare. I knew I was going to live to regret this when Cassie our server asked one of our diners hoe he wanted his steak. I should have spoke up then but I did not. My burger the Old Timer came to burned. For people that regularly read my reviews, you 'll know this was my second burned cheeseburger in as many days. If I liked very well done beef I would have been in hamburger heaven. I didn 't complain because I felt I should have told Cassie I wanted it medium. Cassie was a delightful server. She was friendly helpful attentive and patient with our group of 7. We had as many diffrent bills for her to keep track of. In the end we were told another diner had paid for our meal. Getting back to my meal beside the afore mentioned burned cheeseburger, I had the loaded potato soup. It was very good I told Cassie to tell the cook that the potato soup was nearly as good as mine. An unfair comparison as I 've probably cooked potato soup before the cook was born AND I Throw homemade dumplings on top in the last 20 minutes or so of cooking. The French Fries were good too. They had the jacket intact and arrived at my table hot. Far better than my McDonalds fries from yesterday. I got credit for speaking to the ambiance which I felt I didn 't fully address. Unless you factor in Cassie 's presence which did add to the ambiance. The music was not too loud so we could hear each other talk. Cassie made sure everyone had everything we needed. I felt this was a far superior dining experience for our group over that of last week 's Corvette Diner experience. I 'm deffinantly going to come in for lunch some day soon. I do reccomend this location for lunch or dinner. I usually come here about 3 times a year. Once for the Veteran 's Day meal. And twice because they provided a meal on veterans day. I 'm thinking I might bump it up a couple more times a year.

This Chili's Grill and bar restaurants is alright. The food is great and the server was awesome ????. Actually, the bartender was doing double the job. We waited a bit longer for the food to be served due to short on staff. We were pleased and left thebartender/waiter a fine tip. ???????? they need to hire more people.
