Favorite coffee in San Diego. I always get a bag odd harmonics blend. It’s soo good on pour over. The cold brew is pretty good. It’s definitely strong. My favorite location is golden hill because there is seating and you can get a coffee in “for here” cups.

Sorry, but nothing more than 3 stars. This was the second location of Dark Horse that we tried. The first place was inconsistent so I gave it 4 stars as one of the lattes I ordered was pretty bad and one was good. Thought that, since this location had a higher rating, it would be better. WRONG. They’d be better off with a fully automatic Nespresso. I couldn’t taste either one of the syrups, both lattes were extremely hot and what hardly tasted like coffee, tasted burnt. So disappointed.

The best coffee shop! The coffee, both brewed and bagged, is amazing! The baristas are always so kind and make your experience feel personal.

I paid $5 for my americano coffee and it was bad!I had to threw it literally spoiled my mood for couple hours…Also ceiling looks bad, take a look once you are there! I’m doing a free inspection and paying for it! That’s crazy!On the price it’s says $3.50 for Americano but I was charged $5 and been ok with it, but coffee was very very bad unfortunately.

Delicious, strong coffee, their holiday drinks are the perfect little hint of sweet, not too much, quick service, awesome people who work there. What's not to enjoy?
