The restaurant is closed and the windows are papered. We were very disappointed that OT took the reservation and gave us no notification. The reservation was even confirmed.

After an hour trying to find a place to eat Valentines, I'm out of the state, I finally have a table here. Just to get there and the place is closed. Awful, because now there was no place that was not already booked. Take closed restaurants from your website.

DO NOT BOOK! Had a reservation on valentines day, and show up and the restaurant was closed. I even got a confirmation text. Completely ruined the day for us! OpenTable and de Medici needs to figure this out ASAP before ruining more peoples dates and nights.
