Elijah's Delicatessen And Catering

Elijah’s Deli, located at 7061 Clairemont Mesa Blvd in San Diego, CA 92111, offers delicious deli food. My breakfast, specifically the Matzoh Brie, was excellent. The onion rings were also very tasty. However, the decor of the restaurant had a cold and generic feel, lacking the usual charm associated with delis. It was hard to tell it was a deli at all, except for the menu items which included classic NY deli options. Despite this, the server, Lara, provided great service. I am looking forward to trying their Pastrami on my next visit, as it looks very appetizing.

The restaurant provided Thanksgiving dinners for our ship (Navy). The meals were delivered on time and the service was very professional.

Being of Polish descent, I must say that this restaurant is absolutely incredible. The food is delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I highly recommend trying it out.

Excellent duck salad, steak sandwich, half chicken, and crispy fries. Friendly service. Update: Got the Liver and Onions, Brisket, Eggs Benedict, and the French Dip plates. All very very tasty. The prices are a bit high compared to competitors larger portions.
