Gaglione Brothers Famous Steaks Subs

It's pretty straightforward—there aren't many amazing cheesesteak places around. The vegetarian option is also excellent.

I've been visiting their locations for years, and this is the last one remaining outside of Petco Park, along with the new one that’s set to open at Snapdragon Stadium. This was hands down the best cheesesteak sub I've ever had there! It was huge and packed with flavor! Just go for it! Make sure to call in your order ahead of time to reduce your wait! It's my favorite cheesesteak in San Diego!!! UPDATE: It's even better than ever!

I decided to try this restaurant because of its advertisements, but the travel distance was too far for me to consider going back a second time.

Employee did the walking down imaginary stairs gimmick. 5 stars

Food is made to order. Very good. Meat is a little fatty for my liking but still very good. The AC doesn't work great and it can get hot in there. But staff is also friendly.
