Glass Box - San Diego

Came here on Saturday around 830pm ish but there were no samples at the sample jar so I asked the cashier if we can taste some samples prior to buying some. The cashier was clueless about samples but there is a big sign outside of the store that there are samples available.... Anyhow she asked one of the girls in the back and told me that they don't do samples on the signature cookies but only the pumpkin flavor available... but she needs to go get the girl from the back because she's young...?! Lol ok...Anyhow pumpkin cookie was ok but the description of the wonder cookie sounds amazing so decided to get that one and hub wanted cocoa pb so we got one of each. Each cookie was 4.50 dollars... but gotta admit, it was pretty good and love how they serve warm. But they weren't def not worth 4.50 dollars each...

Disappointed with ServiceI recently had a disappointing experience at the Batch and Box store. Despite being a loyal customer and making a significant purchase, I was denied the application of my 15% discount. This left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer.I have been a regular patron of this store for quite some time, and I have always appreciated the quality of their products and the convenience of shopping here. However, this recent encounter with an employee who refused to honor my discount has significantly tarnished my opinion.Customer loyalty should be acknowledged and rewarded, especially when customers make substantial orders. I hope the store management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue, ensuring that all customers are treated with fairness and respect.I am disappointed by this experience, and I hope that the store can improve its customer service to maintain the loyalty of its patrons.

I love these cookies, They're soft and very large thick. They're a little pricey, but one makes me full. I need to try them all!

I had Batch Box cookies catered at my wedding and they were the BIGGEST hit! We had a variety of flavors 100 cookies total and it was just so perfect. Our guests couldn't stop raving about how good they were and we only had a few left over (with 70 guests)! I cannot wait to order cookies every year on our anniversary to celebrate. Huge thank you to Joan for her amazing customer service during the ordering process!!

Loved this breakfast spot! The atmosphere, the waiter the decor and the fresh pastries. The blueberry pancakes with edible rose pearls and glitter were a hit! I has a salmon Benedict and my son had a big breakfast. The side of bacon was delicious. I would definitely like to come back and try a few more items on the menu. We hit up the pastry bar after breakfast and grabbed a few croissants for the following morning and they were flaky, freshly made and simply delightful!!!
