Harry's Coffee Shop - San Diego

This is a fantastic mom-and-pop diner! The food is delicious. We tried the eggs benedict served on waffles, and it was great. The hash browns were exceptional—crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. So tasty!

It's hard to find a local breakfast place that just serves a traditional American breakfast in Southern California. This is it. Harry's is a good dive. Don't expect a remodeled place...it hasn't changed for years. I would go again.

Love going to Harry’s to get a stack of pancakes. They have great diner food and awesome service. Highly recommend as a place for locals and tourists alike.

I like a nice cup of black coffee with my breakfast and am used to drinking bitter coffee. I was pleasantly surprised at just how smooth this coffee was not bitter at all. My breakfast was also amazing. I highly recommend the avocado, bacon, and cheddar cheese omelet. The service was impeccable as well. 100% recommend Harry's Coffee Shop!

Old school coffee shop that I recall going to 40 years ago with my parents. Went for the nostalgia. The pancakes my daughter ordered were undercooked and pretty much inedible. I ordered the BW Benny and it was not to my taste. I give them 2 stars because pancakes are easy to make and if you can’t make good pancakes well your cooks can’t be too good.
