The food can be inconsistent, but the late hours are definitely a plus. The wait time is usually short as well. I took off a star because I always order the tonkotsu, and it hasn't been up to par lately.
Hinotez has been my favorite place for yakitori for years. I hadn't visited in a while, and I've noticed they've made some changes, including updates to the menu.
Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The service is almost contactless; you can place your orders using the menu on the table. The pictures and descriptions for each item are easy to navigate. I really enjoyed the fresh ramen.
The service here is consistently excellent and couldn't be better. I’m giving this place a 4 out of 5 because they recently changed the noodles used in their ramen, and now it feels like I'm eating spaghetti instead. I believe this is a significant downgrade in quality. I personally preferred the old, thicker, wavy noodles over the new, thinner, and straighter ones. That said, dining here is still a good experience; I just feel that the ramen has taken a step down.
