Jack In The Box - San Diego

What kind of restaurant only offers drive-thru service for breakfast? I've been turned away at the door several mornings. I guess I'll be heading to Carl's Jr from now on.

It's decent if you're hungry. You know what to expect. I didn't have any stomach issues after eating there. I think their chicken strips are little gems and much cheaper than KFC! I'll rate them next.

Fast paced lunch rush in the drive through, my tie fighter was seventh in line when I pulled up but i refrained from blasting my way to the head of the line, despite the itchy trigger fingers. I ordered my mini tacos and was surprised at how fast I gotthem. Greasy goodness in a box. Awesome

I placed a mobile order for dinner for my friend and me and selected the drive-thru option to pick it up. When I arrived at the speaker, I was met by Rosa, the manager shown in the picture below. She was incredibly rude when I told her about my order. To my surprise, she demanded $4 for a milkshake that I never ordered, which she was holding. I gave her my name for the order, but she ended up giving my food to the car in front of me. When I showed her proof of payment to demonstrate her error, she refused to prepare my order again or refund my money. Instead, she kept dismissing my claims and insisted that it wasn't her fault, despite being the one managing the drive-thru. She repeatedly told me to leave because there were customers waiting behind me and even threatened to call the police on me multiple times. At one point, she closed the window in my face while I was trying to talk to her. In the end, I walked away having been charged for food I never received. This manager has to be the worst in all of San Diego. There is no excuse for such behavior from someone in her position. I will never return to this location and encourage everyone to choose places that treat their customers with respect and are willing to take responsibility for their mistakes. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. If you’re looking to pay for food you won’t get and encounter a manager who might have you arrested, this is the place for you.
