Contribuisci feedbackThe atmosphere was chaotic, with people shouting and even fighting. The cleanliness left much to be desired. The manager seemed to treat all customers poorly, as if they were troublesome. He appeared overwhelmed by various challenges. The food I ordered was not served warm, and my fries were cold. I didn’t feel comfortable approaching the manager for help, as he seemed more preoccupied than attentive to resolving customer issues. Additionally, the prices displayed on the menu didn’t match what I was charged.
I've been a regular at this Jack in the Box for my entire life, so I can easily recognize the long-standing employees. Unfortunately, the new staff seem to be undermining the quality of this establishment with poor customer service and the reduced seating availability. They've taken out several tables, and when I inquired about it, they mentioned it was due to COVID-19. I really hope that this issue is addressed soon.
I wanted hash browns with my breakfast platter combo today, but I only received fries because they were out of hash browns. That was disappointing. I did enjoy my cold coffee and orange juice, and the pancakes were good, but the bacon was too soft for my taste. I prefer my bacon crispy.
I love here?s tacos,there?re very cheap delicious. But there are too many homeless here,that?s why I can?t give them five stars
Service is terrible at this JIB. we always wait in line about 10-15 min. Also the staff often acts as if they are doing the customers a big favor. The food is always pretty good there is no other JITB close by, so we keep going back.
