Luce Kitchen - San Diego

My family and I recently visited Luce, a place we've enjoyed many times before. Unfortunately, this last visit was a letdown. While the service was decent, the overall experience was unsatisfactory, and with so many other dining options available, we won’t be returning.

Always a satisfying experience! I highly recommend the burger; it's my favorite. This is my go-to restaurant, and the service is consistently excellent and accommodating. It's also a great spot for a first date!

The menu is amazing. I’ve tried nearly every dish since I live close by. I had a few hits and misses with the fried chicken sandwich, but the salmon has consistently been excellent.

Come hungry! The portions are quite generous, and the drinks are expertly crafted. I visited on Halloween weekend, and the staff was friendly while the food was fantastic! I ordered a salad topped with grilled chicken and was pleasantly surprised by the substantial amount of chicken compared to the salad. I wish more places offered that kind of value because it really felt worth my money. I’ll definitely have to return for a more comprehensive review, but so far, everything has been great!

This is a fantastic local bar and restaurant. It features modern decor, friendly service, and delicious food and drinks. Even on weekdays, it tends to get quite busy. There is only street parking available, but the neighborhood makes it easy to find a spot.
