Menchie's Frozen Yogurt - San Diego

Literally my favorite place on the whole planet. It brings my family together, and we always go to Menchies runs. also the workers love. Food is 1000000/10!

The 1 star rating is for the guy (not the younger) worked there on 01/19/2022 at 8:00. He cheated the money on my gift card, he didn't tell me the exact amount on my card. Do you think that the linker of a gift card can be used exactly for a transaction, just the amount I have to pay? He also refused to give me the reception and the gift card. I'm sure I have more money on my card. The guy was dishonest! As a frequent customer, this was the first time I had this problem, the cash registers served me before always wondered if I kept the card and gave me the revenue. If you do not want to redeem the promotion for the customer, tell the truth, do not play tricks. Honest is the most important thing to be a cashier and run business! BTW, I have bought several times for froyo and bought at least 3 cakes from your business every year, but since then I will not return for your business.

Horribler customer service. You do not take any groupon gift cards, very dirty, they appear on the floor while a customer pays after they disappear on the back, and while you pay, he will be on the phone!!!

Great place to get a frozen yogurt. I loved them had no sugar additive strawberry and really great options that were not made with high fructose corn syrup. The guy who worked there this evening was super friendly and wiped things down and was busy. Five stars for him. I'm sure he needs a raise?

Great place, friendly staff, a wide variety of flavors and toppings along with reasonable prices.
