The quality of the meats was outstanding, and the service was excellent. Manager Dan stopped by to ensure we were having a great time! If you're a fan of hot pot, buffets, or both, you definitely need to check this place out. They also offer all-you-can-drink crystal boba and jelly milk tea! I appreciated that the restaurant automatically includes an 18% service charge to support their staff. I’m a strong advocate for fair wages for service workers rather than relying on the kindness of customers to leave extra tips. Personally, I typically tip 20% or more at restaurants, so the 18% service charge seems very reasonable to me. Update: They’re now available on OpenTable! I love earning my points!
The prices here are on the higher side, but the kimchi and sukiyaki broth are delicious. The meat cuts are of high quality, and the selection of vegetables is also impressive. I would have liked to see more sauce options, such as chopped garlic. The beef curry and rice are quite tasty as well.
We made a reservation for 7:30 and arrived early, but we were seated immediately. This was our first experience with this style of dining, and it was absolutely delicious! It made for a fun family outing. Overall, it was so good!
Horrible service, mediocre taste, overpriced, will never go back again. After we were seated, no one attended to our table. We tried to ask a server but she said she can not take orders and she will get someone to come. After 20+ mins, someone finally came and took our orders and brought the pot out afterwards. You would probably think, the 20+mins waiting time wouldn?t count into the 90 limit. But no no, we only got 60 mins left. During our eating, our pot almost driedout and no one had time to come refill more soup?and in the end, we asked for ice cream, and the first server forgot and we had to ask again?the ?best part? is that they force you to pay 18% of service fee no matter the size of your party.Avoid this restaurant, there are other better options.
Can I give this place 10 times 5 stars?! I am a thousand percent satisfied with the experience here. My husband was not really happy with the waiting time at the beginning, because we had a reservation, but still got to wait about 20 minutes for the table. I?m fine with that, since I understand that right now every restaurant needs more people to work. But I have to say, my husband is sooooooo happy about the food and agree to give a full 5 star after we finish dinner.I tried Sukiyaki in Asia Tokyo and Shanghai before. I will say MOMO PARADISE is as good as my previous experiences in Asia. I highly recommend Sukiyaki with raw egg, that?s how we eat it, and if you would like to try the authenticexperience, you should do that. About the meat, my fav is the beef short plate, which is very marble and fatty meats, so yummmm. My husband fav is the pork shoulder. I mean it?s really depends how you like the meats. They all very good. Andmy husband is happy with the drinks too, their liquor price is really amazing. Also I?m happy with the cocktails as well. Oh, in the end, don?t forget the super delicious ice creams.
