Mr. Ruriberto's Taco Shop - San Diego

Can never go wrong with tacos. Especially good tacos!!!!! Staff was friendly and the food was fresh.

10/02/2021 I ordered two carne asada mini tacos for $3 each. They came topped with red onion, cilantro and guacamole. There were little cups of mild and hot sauce which looked homemade. The tacos were greasy and absolutely delicious! The staff were pleasant and helpful. There was a little bit of a wait because the restaurant was busy because it was lunchtime.

I was staying just around the corner from Ruribertos in Mission Beach. Great little place. Truly a hole in the wall type place, but they usually are the places that have the best food. Highly recommend the San Diego breakfast burrito, I had one every morning I was in town, even when I had to wait for them to open. The employees were friendly and courteous.

Long time out of state visitor to Mission Beach (30+ years) and my first time visiting this restaurant. The gentleman who took my order was extremely nice and pleasant. Food was great and beans were fresh. No complaints, and I would definitely come back here again.

Had a mixed chicken/beef burrito and it was very good and almost enough for two people. I wish it was a bit spicier than we had it for, knowing that Mexican food should be spicy.
