Paragon Deli Cafe - San Diego

It was before 7AM and it was open, walked in to fresh, hot and tasty coffee, owner was really pleasant, kitchen is very clean, food selection is waiting to be eaten. Come here only if you like to pamper yourself in a very small place, what it lacks in space it makes it over and over in tasty food!

This place was just a quick stop before going on a whale watching tour. Super friendly staff, amazing food that I'm still thinking about days later, and honestly, I wish I could go back. The young lady at the counter was incredibly friendly, prices were good, and balue for quality, absolutely outstanding. I had the German sausage sandwich, and my husband has the cheese steak sandwich, and just, both were amazing. The bread was fresh and the sandwich ingredients for both were just perfectly balanced.

We stopped in yesterday and had the pleasure of enjoying the most delicious Eggs Benedict we ever had. Everything was cooked to perfection. The Hollandaise sauce was flavorful and creamy. The meal also came with a Krispy potato side and fresh fruit. I also ordered a coffee latte, that was served steaming hot and wonderfully aromatic All in all, we throughly enjoyed the meal and will definitely be back! My best to the staff, Jane and Jim

Best **** Mary's made by Steve. The staff and customer service is top notch. Cute cafe located on Shelter Island. Will always support local small businesses. Food is amazing and portions are huge.

Cute and quaint cafe with excellent salad and sandwiches. We had the German Sausage sandwich and CA Cobb salad- both were delicious and big portions. Will definitely stop by here again.
