Pho King - San Diego

I ordered chicken pho through DoorDash as a pickup order. My order was ready to go when I arrived, however my first impression was that the restaurant was in chaos. There were storage boxes strewn throughout the dining room floor, and they seemed to be understaffed. This also translated into the quality of the food. My chicken pho had the most strange odor, almost like dirty socks. The shrimp spring rolls also emitted an unpleasant aroma, definitely did not seem fresh. I had one taste of each item, then proceeded to throw the food away. It was inedible. I heard so many suggestions to try this pho, but was very disappointed with the food.

I order #32 It was delicious. I order a side of veggie rolls they were ok. The lady that took my order was very nice and explained to us how you actually eat this that was very nice of her to show us. The parking is not that big but if your lucky you'll find a good spot. I didn't really wait for my food too long, that was good. This place is very known around the community and I can see why.

A great selection of pho and hu tieu, and delicious shakes and drinks to match. The staff is friendly. Try the charbroiled beef spring rolls (ask for them since they're not listed on the menu.

Good service, tasty food, reasonable price and easy to find a parking space. Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning. Even though the ceiling fans were on, we were still sweating while we're eating... Also, the menu had little to no pictures

Small hole-in-the-wall mom and pop place with little English spoken and mainly local Vietnamese come here. I love a good bowl of noodles so I came here and was SUPER happy. It was delicious and large and the flavour was everything I wanted and more. Nice waitress, very polite but don't expect to get waited on hand and foot. They take your order, bring you food, bring you bill. Just like Asia :
