Pokeland - San Diego

Unsure if they're having refrigeration problems or quality control issues. Ordered delivery through postmates. The shrimp was smelly and chewy (old), the spicy tuna was a warm mush, at the bottom of the bowl was a giant ball of wasabi for some reason, and they gave me a bottle of warm coke. Terrible experience that literally made me sick.

Great place, and great food for a hot day like this! I just tried it for the first time today after work. Angel was really friendly. He greeted me when I walked in. He was great at walking me through the menu. I ended up getting a regular bowl with a salad base, shrimp, scallops, tofu, spicy crab, and some of the delicious toppings. Loved it! The place itself is really clean and quiet, at least at the time I came in. I came in around 3pm so I was the only customer. 5/5 will definitely come back soon!

My rating= 1 star.Came in today around 120pm. I ordered my daughter a small bowl because they said they don't have a kids size. I ordered my daughter white rice, edemame, imitation crab. Step 2 has the imitation crab option already. Ordered that. Then I asked the male worker putting the bowl together if my daughter's bowl can just get extra crab meat since I'm not ordering any other fish (or protein) and I was denied. I paid for a small bowl that only included 2 scoops of imitation crab and a small scoop of avocado?! I should have walked out.To the owner (or manager) of this Pokeland, please contact me. Would you pay for this?!?!

Best Poke in town! Great flavor, fresh, and generous portions. Staff is always friendly. Sit outside though… it’s awkwardly quiet inside haha
