Rigoberto's Taco Shop - San Diego

In my humble opinion, Rigobertos has to be among the best taco shops in San Diego therefore in all the world since SD arguably has the best Mexican food. I usually have the carne asada burrito because of how juicy and tasty they are, but today I decided to keep it lighter and instead had the 3 rolled tacos (beef) with quac n cheese. Totally did not disappoint. In fact, it was better than I had anticipated. Good crunch, not close to soggy but not hard, and filling was just right. Topping of guac n cheese was generous. Couple that with the provided hot sauce and you're good to go. It's August 2023 and the cost was $5. No complaints here. Just a happy and satisfied customer. Keep up the great food Rigobertos! You've earned my business and I urge others who've never tried your food, to go ahead and do so.

Nice big location. Parking is a little rough due to all the other restaurants besides it. I stuck with the classic Carne asada burrito. There salsas are on point! If you can eat the burrito without salsa. That means it's good. They don't really greet you at this location. So don't expect a red carpet entry. This place has fountain drinks or cans.

Had a quick supper last night , 1st time staff very polite , accomodating extremely nice. I ordered the Carnitas Burrito overwhelming con carne the Avocado sauce. I was full from this Burrito. I will be backKid-friendliness: No prob for children to enjoy there foods

This was my first time dining here, I was greeted right away, the menu had so many delicious meals to choose, so it took me a moment to decide. I ordered the California Burrito. Also for the next morning, I also ordered the Menudo left cold, once I explained it's for the morning, they understood why I wanted this left cold ? both were very delicious. They gave me all the fixings for the Menudo ???

This was my go to Taco Shop as a young Marine. Still soooo good!Food: 5/5
