They also made sure everything met my expectations: non-spicy (which is really important to me) and completely vegan. I ordered the drunk noodles with tofu and it cost around $15. Not too pricey for a delicious hot meal during my trip!
I really enjoyed the food here, although it was a bit pricey for airport dining—$23.99 for steak frites. The highlight of my meal was being able to order the steak rare and actually receiving it that way (what a rarity! Usually, they're overcooked). The garlic cloves were a bit unusual; not bad, but the crispy topping for the frites didn’t hold up well. However, it made for a great dip for the steak. Overall, it was a much better option compared to the typical fast food choices you find at the same price. From the time I sat down until I paid and was ready to head to my flight, it took about 30 minutes, which was pretty reasonable.
(Updated one month later, October 2022) On my next trip, I opted for a grilled chicken Caesar salad to go, and once again, I was pleased with the generous portion size of the romaine lettuce; the to-go box was bursting at the seams! The chicken was tender and cooked just right—not too thick or thin. I absolutely loved the dressing; it was delicious! The hummus and grilled pita were remarkable as well—smooth hummus and perfectly grilled, soft pita, both simply amazing. I liked them so much that I had them all to myself! However, I noticed that there was a huge portion of hummus compared to the pita, which made them look a bit mismatched, haha. Unfortunately, they just packed the hummus into the box and placed the pita on top, causing one piece of pita to fall into the hummus and get a bit soggy.
The steak fries and smoked bacon flatbread were quite good, especially with the Priority Pass! The steak was cooked to medium perfection and was delicious, served in four thick slices.
We've been waiting for our flight to New York. It's extremely understated. I saw two women walking around trying to do everything. You should order them via QR code on the table, but it didn't work on us and a few more tables I see around. People waited and waited, but no one to help. They finally left without ordering. Management; please hire some employees
