Contribuisci feedbackThe franchise owner should be ashamed to run this establishment like a sweatshop. The air conditioning has either been shut off or has been broken for months. Today, the thermostat near the back entrance, next to an open door, registered 91 degrees. I can't fathom why the employees haven't walked away from this challenging environment.
Update April 2021: The staff here does not answer the phone at all. If you need to cancel or change your order, you're completely out of options.
I visited this Subway again in early September 2022, and I'm happy to report that the air conditioning was working this time—seems like the previous issue was just temporary. I'm updating my review to 5 stars! The last time I was there, it was quite hot, and there was a long line.
The owner does a poor job of training their staff, as I've noticed that several employees have struggled to make the sandwiches correctly. Additionally, not all menu items are available; some types of bread and vegetables are out of stock, and the drink fridge is half-empty. To make matters worse, there wasn't a single cookie available. Overall, management's performance leaves much to be desired.
I was there today the line wrapped around the restaurant took a bit. But I got a good sandwich the workers were nice. The cashier is pretty little hottie.. I'm working construction in the area definitely will be back probably a little before the lunch rush.
