Tacos La Mezcla - San Diego

This food truck serves the best tacos I've had since relocating to San Diego a year ago. The owner creates a welcoming atmosphere, making you feel right at home when you order. He seems to know nearly all his customers by name and genuinely takes pride in what he does. You definitely need to stop by and grab a bite whenever you can. And those breakfast tacos? Absolutely amazing!

These are the best tacos I've had in a long time! The carnitas and brisket were excellent—truly can't go wrong with either. In my view, a good taco should let the meat shine, with the condiments playing a supporting role, and that's exactly what these tacos do. You've got something great here, Francisco!

I had a great experience! The atmosphere is lively and bustling, with a solid selection of beers. It’s a trendy spot with excellent service and friendly staff. The tacos were delicious, and sports were playing on the TV, adding to the excitement. It’s an ideal place for families, date nights, late-night drinks, or a quick stop on your way home. The venue is also very clean.

After moving to SD from LA we were surprised to find this gem. Hands down the best Mexican food I've had on the West coast. Francisco was gracious enough to cater our post-wedding brunch, worked with us on the price, and even bought us a beer after. Genuinely great guy. Don't sleep on the barbacoa, the asada, or the potato rolled tacos. Next level stuff... I promise.
