Fantastic, we both opted for the Dungies cooked beautifully, we also shared the crab cakes, the place was busy, but we were both welcomed with a smile, everyone had a no problem attatude, service and as great, the above with a couple of cocktails was jus short of $200, but hey, it is San Francisco, oh we returned the next day for some lunch, can 't wait to come back.
Came from out of town and wanted seafood. Just off the Gaslamp district, this seems to have a mix of tourists and locals. I ended up eating there twice. (Jambalaya) The only downside was the sign explaining the 18% surcharge and making sure we read it before seating us. I imagine it's because if they don't, a lot of customers from out of town don't understand this practice.
Great tasting crawfish and shrimp. We also had the cinnamon and sugar beignets with a side on vanilla icecream. Definitely a great way to end the evening.
The oysters are yummy! We got the build your own bag with king and snow crab legs with shrimp. We got the house sauce with mild spice. I love spicy food and the medium spice is spicy and gets hotter the more you eat so I recommend mild for a comfortable level through the entire experience. The medium is yummy and I do get it when I want extra heat but def not for people who are regular spice eaters. Add come corn and potatoes and you’re in heaven so yummy
